Saving a draft
When you consent and choose Save on device, your topic, sector and message are saved in browser storage. One draft remains until you delete it or browser data is cleared. A new save replaces the previous draft.
Deletion and recovery
Restore or delete a draft on Prepare an enquiry. Deleting does not remove downloads, copies in other browsers or emails. Avoid saving on shared devices.
Open in email hands your draft to your email application. You decide whether to send it to the SACCO. Email storage is governed by your email provider and the SACCO.
Confidential information
Do not enter PINs, passwords, one-time codes, identity documents, account numbers or balances.
Website visits
This website does not include advertising or dedicated visitor analytics. Its hosting service may use security cookies and retain ordinary access logs to protect and operate the site. External links follow their own policies.

For information you have sent to the SACCO, contact its email to ask about retention, correction or deletion.
