How do I become a member?
Ask the SACCO about documents, membership shares and charges. Plan a visit after confirming the office address and hours.
Can I open an account on this website?
This website prepares enquiries only. Birunga SACCO checks documents and confirms account opening.
How do I check rates and fees?
Ask the SACCO for dated written terms. Check interest, all charges, penalties and the total cost before signing.
Is a calculation a loan approval?
No. Calculations support preparation. The SACCO decides on a loan after reviewing an application and documents.
Should I count unpaid sales as available cash?
Separate the value of sales from money actually received. Plan spending around cash available or payments with a confirmed due date.
What if I forget my PIN?
Contact the SACCO through its confirmed service channels. Do not enter an old or new PIN on this website.
What should I do about a suspicious message?
Do not follow untrusted links or disclose a PIN, password or one-time code. Verify the message with the SACCO using its published email.
Is my enquiry sent when I save a draft?
No. A draft is saved only on this device, with your consent. Download it or open it in your email application, where you decide whether to send it.
How do I delete my saved draft?
Go to Prepare an enquiry and choose Delete draft. This does not delete downloaded copies or emails you sent.
Can I track a request on this website?
This website has no SACCO-connected request tracking. After contacting the SACCO, ask how to follow up on your enquiry.
How can I make a complaint?
Write to the SACCO with the issue, when it happened and the outcome you seek. Leave confidential information out of website drafts. Ask for acknowledgement and a way to follow up.
Can this site receive my money?
No. This website does not process payments, deposits or money transfers.
