Services for everyone
Services for everyone.
Ask what support is available.
Everyone should be able to access information and ask about services in a way they understand. Use this page to describe support needs and protect privacy.
Good support starts with understanding.
- 01
Choose a communication mode
Tell the SACCO which language and format works for you: spoken, written, large print or a slower explanation.
- 02
Ask for plain explanations
Ask for charges, terms and steps to be repeated in clear words before deciding.
- 03
Protect privacy and consent
Use an approved channel for personal information and confirm that you consent to another person helping you.
- 04
Report a barrier
If something prevents access, record what happened and how you would like the SACCO to respond.
Questions about support
- How can someone with mobility needs reach the office?
- Which language or explanation format is available?
- Can I receive large-print or written information?
- Can I bring a support person and how do I consent?
This sheet does not promise that every support is available at every office. Ask Birunga SACCO first and protect confidential information.
